Experience Counts. Joe Durkee has been working on Oregon Personal Injury cases for 30 years. This experience began while Joe was in law school. After law school, Joe continued to hone his personal injury skills by working as a trial attorney for two of the nations’ largest insurance companies. While there, Joe handled and oversaw thousands of personal injury cases. These cases varied from car crashes, motorcycle crashes, collisions with pedestrians, slip/trip-and-fall incidents, and dog bites. Joe has handled or overseen cases ranging from mild, temporary injuries (sprains and bruising) to permanent life-changing injuries, including closed head injuries, amputations, severe burns, paralysis, and death. Joe’s has conducted personal injury jury trials throughout the state of Oregon.

Over the past 20 years, Oregon’s legal community has trusted Joe to rule on and help settle more than 1,000 cases as an arbitrator and mediator.
