Prior to opening his own firm, Dylan practiced law at two of Portland's largest law firms defending insurance companies, employers, and businesses in matters of personal injury, workers' compensation, and premises liability. Dylan has also worked in the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office where he regularly and successfully tried criminal trials before juries as well as judges. This litigation experience combined with his prior representation of insurance companies, provides Dylan a valuable perspective when representing injured people and other individuals who need representation against insurance companies and others who are denying them damages or benefits to which they are legally entitled.
