ATTORNEY PROFILE

Dylan Hydes

Lawyer

Dylan specializes in representing individuals and workers in matters of personal injury and workers’ compensation. Prior to opening his own firm, Dylan practiced law at two of Portland's largest law firms defending insurance companies, employers, and businesses in matters of personal injury, workers' compensation, and premises liability. Dylan has also worked in the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office where he regularly and successfully tried criminal trials before juries as well as judges. This litigation experience combined with his prior representation of insurance companies, provides Dylan a valuable perspective when representing injured people and other individuals who need representation against insurance companies and others who are denying them damages or benefits to which they are legally entitled.
Dylan's primary litigation goals are to obtain the best possible outcomes for his clients and aggressively push the litigation process forward so as to avoid unnecessary delays.
Dylan is a member of the Oregon State Bar as well as the Federal District Court of Oregon. He is also a member of the state bar's workers' compensation section and the Oregon Trial Lawyers' Association. In May 2017, Dylan was elected to serve on the West Linn-Wilsonville School Board.

When not practicing law, Dylan enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching baseball, coaching Little League, and running.
